Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Bulwark Protection Services, LLC handles information through the Bulwark Officer application and related BulwarkOPS services.

Who this policy covers
The Bulwark Officer application is an operational application intended for Bulwark Protection Services personnel and other specifically authorized users. It supports scheduling, timekeeping, patrols, incident reporting, site operations, safety workflows, and related security-service functions.
Information we collect and process
Account and personnel information. This may include name, work or personal email address, phone number, employee identifier, assigned sites or roles, authentication information, and device-enrollment information needed to provide authorized access.
Location information. The application may process precise or approximate device location when an authorized user uses location-dependent functions such as clock-in or clock-out, site verification, patrol activity, on-duty officer location sharing, or safety-related location services.
Operational records. This may include schedules, assignments, timestamps, patrol checkpoints, inspection or temperature readings, trailer or vehicle information, incident reports, notes, activity records, and other records created as part of security operations.
Photos, camera input, and scanned information. When a user chooses or is required to use these functions, the application may use the device camera or supported scanning features to document operational conditions, evidence, documents, barcodes, QR codes, or similar work-related information.
Device and security information. We may process device identifiers, session information, authentication tokens, application preferences, and technical information needed to secure the application, maintain sessions, troubleshoot problems, and protect company systems.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure Bulwark operations, verify authorized access, administer schedules and assignments, document work performed, support patrol and incident-reporting functions, maintain safety and accountability, investigate operational or security issues, comply with contractual and legal obligations, and improve the reliability of BulwarkOPS and the Bulwark Officer application.
Location information
Location information is used for operational and safety functions, such as verifying work-site presence, supporting location-aware officer workflows, and maintaining officer safety and accountability. While an employee is clocked in, Bulwark Officer may continue collecting and transmitting device location through an Android foreground service when the app is minimized or not visible. The app displays an ongoing notification while this on-duty tracking is active. On-duty tracking stops when the employee clocks out, unless the employee separately starts Get Home Safe / Safe Travel. A Get Home Safe / Safe Travel session may continue collecting and transmitting location after clock-out until the user arrives, ends the session, or tracking otherwise stops. Bulwark does not use Officer-app location information for advertising. Access to location data is limited to authorized operational purposes and applicable administrative roles.
Sharing and service providers
Bulwark does not sell personal information collected through the Bulwark Officer application. Information may be processed by technology service providers that host, secure, authenticate, transmit, or support BulwarkOPS, and may be disclosed to clients, governmental authorities, law enforcement, insurers, legal counsel, or other parties when required for an authorized operational purpose, contractual obligation, legal requirement, safety matter, or investigation.
Data retention and security
Bulwark retains operational and personnel information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable business, contractual, security, employment, insurance, and legal requirements. Bulwark uses administrative and technical controls intended to restrict access to authorized users and protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
User choices and requests
Device permissions such as location, camera, notifications, or NFC can be managed through Android settings, although disabling a permission may prevent the related operational function from working. Authorized users may contact Bulwark regarding questions, access, correction, or other requests concerning information associated with their account, subject to applicable recordkeeping and legal requirements.
Children
The Bulwark Officer application is a workforce and business-operations application. It is not directed to children and is not intended for use by children.
Changes to this policy
Bulwark may update this policy as the application, operational practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above will be updated when material revisions are published.
