BulwarkOPS is an internal platform under active development by Bulwark Protection Services. It is currently being rolled out at select locations while we continue testing, refining and expanding the workflows that make sense for each assignment.

Location-aware workflows support on-duty accountability, site verification and selected travel/safety functions where configured.

Selected client-facing access can provide visibility into approved site information and operational records without exposing internal systems.
Reporting Built Around the Site
Reporting can be configured around the assignment, including daily activity, patrols, incidents and other records the client actually needs.
The report should match the assignment—not the other way around.
Different clients need different records. BulwarkOPS can be configured around the workflows already used at a location, so the information captured is relevant to the operation.
When a site has a reporting or operational need that is not already covered, we can look at how it may fit into BulwarkOPS. Some needs may become a new workflow, while others may be handled through an existing feature or a simpler site-specific process.
Patrol & Activity Visibility
Patrol completion, activity entries and incident records can be captured in the same operating environment, creating a clearer record of what happened during the shift.
Operational Logs
Where a site requires it, workflows can support records such as trucks, trailers, equipment, visitors, deliveries, readings and other recurring operational checks.

Because BulwarkOPS is being developed alongside active security operations, feedback from officers, supervisors and clients can inform what is refined next.
