Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Emergency Service Security Officer (On-Call / As-Needed) to ensure the safety and security of our facilities, staff, and visitors. This dynamic role involves responding promptly to security incidents, conducting surveillance, and supporting emergency response efforts. As an integral part of our security team, you will be on standby to provide immediate assistance during emergencies, helping to maintain a safe environment at all times. Your expertise in law enforcement, conflict management, and emergency procedures will be vital in safeguarding our operations.

Duties

• Respond swiftly to security alerts, emergencies, and incidents within the facility or designated area
• Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity and identify potential threats or irregularities
• Provide first aid and CPR when necessary to stabilize individuals until professional medical help arrives
• Support loss prevention initiatives by observing and deterring theft or vandalism
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders during incidents or investigations
• Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution skills
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records for accountability and review

Pay: $15.50 - $22.00 per hour
